| Mx-3100n account code problems
Hello everyone
i have a very strange problem going on, one of our customers machines. Sharp mx-3100n, the customer is using account codes. However whenever you go to the web page and print out the counts, they are random numbers being pulled. What i mean by that is is you go print the web page counts, stand in front of the machine for 5 minutes and make sure nothing is going through it(prints or copies). Then print another web page count and the numbers are completely different. Also some of the account codes are the exact same count for prints and copies. The fact that both prints and copies are the exact same is pretty ironic. Anyone experience a similar problem or have any ideas on what the problems could be?? I am lost on this one...i appreciate any answers and/or guesses. Thanks. |
