A quick search of this forum would show you several posts on this subject (there have been several lately).
Basically the problem is either related to environmental conditions, old-type toner cartridges in use, tech not performing service correctly & resetting service rotation counts, old firmware versions on machine, service adjustments not performed in simulation/service mode or a failure to properly clean the waste toner piping from last problem occured.
