Weird problem with jamming,
Machine jams out of top tray of finisher only, copy fine at bottom offset tray and will copy fine if I take finisher completely off machine.
The jam sensor that gets triggered is copy machine exit sensor!?
This machine was sold new and has 500k on it so no one else touched it and has been working good until now.
TIA

turned out to be the clear paper guide in the turn around unit. It was out of position causing drag.
