Ar-5625 fax problem

Hi everyone,

AR5625 comewith fax function, it cannot print the incoming fax,when the fax coming in the sender number not shown in the job status.only connecting after that nothing happen.

sending is no problem.I have tried using the other fax machine, sending and receiving is working well. I do memory clear sim 66-10, change the fax board but still can't solved this problem.

anyone out there know how to get rid of his?
