This and replacing the seal on the DV unit solves most of the problem for us.

This is BAD, Machine is continuuing to trow developer out. DV unit was replaced about 60k ago and was trowing dev out (oly less) back then.
I will take to the customer another machine and take this PITA to our place to tear it apart....

    vlad,
The maintenance cycle on that machine is only 75K. If you made it 60K I would call that a partial success. The AR-M208N came factory set to a 50K maintenance cycle.

If your customer ran 60K in the last two weeks this machine is too small for that volume. You need a larger machine in this location. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Somwehere on the way we have a missunderstanding, it is easy with my english.

The developer unit and then drum unit have been replaced about one year or maybe one year and a half ago (at the begining of 2009) since then they made about 60 k.

Since i replaced those parts the copier didn't dump so much dev but only less.

Now in this 2 - 3 week's since i did put the new part's they only have done about 2-3 k print's and is dumping dev and jaming becouse of that. Back then i did put a new charging corona.
