    I fought something similar for quite awhile. Did the tech support hotline(replace boards). Switched fans out. Long story short I've had two that have given me fan errors that was resolved by cutting the zip ties on the harness or replacing it entirely.

    I have the same issue on an MX-7001N. Unfortunately the Trouble Code and the name of the Fan are different in the Manual. I replaced fan FCFM which isn't turning when I power cycle the machine, but this fan is not in SIM 6-2....
