sharp am550u and am 455u how do i reformat hard drive

how do i reformat the hard drives on this copier there going back to a leasing company and customer wants them formated

Does the ARM455U have a print controller installed? If not then it doesn't have a HDD. To enter the simulations hit the follwing keys p *c* then enter 62 presss start, select 1 and start and maybe start again or execute.I don't remember off the top of my head.
