Cool! Along the right column you can see the actual printer control language text of the print job (PCL XL). Is this Sharp's idea of a data capture? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The problem looks much like a corruptted print driver. what I can suggest is to uninstalled the print driver, update the firmware on the MFD to the very latest, download the latest print driver from Sharp's website and give a go.

    All the best of luck

Its usually in Printer settings mode inside system settings (admin). Its usually just a tick-box.

IN ORDER TO TURN OFF THE HEXADECIMAL DUMP MODE, FOLLOW THE STEPS:
1-SYSTEM SETTINGS or CUSTOM SETTINGS(with old MFDs)
    2-LOG IN AS ADMINISTRATOR (00000)
    3-PRINTER SETTINGS
    4-INTERFACE SETTINGS
5-'HEXADECIMAL DUMP MODE' IS THE FIRST LINE
6-UNTICK THE BOX TO TURN IT OFF

CAUTION: PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TICK MARKS FROM:
ENABLE USB PORT & ENABLE NETWORK PORT
