Mechanically they are sisters, but few of the parts are interchangeable. Most of the simulations are the same. Essentially an AR-M455N = MX-M450N, and AR-M355N = MX-M350N. There are some significant differences/improvements in the SPF from the Tiger to the Jupiter. You should have no difficulty making the transition. Just more parts to stock. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

MXM350/450 is just the new Jupiter series. Same drum/dev/toner/KA kit. Heaps better ADF, as Blackcat stated. Virtually the same machine, different covers & operation panel. Behind all that, its almost the same. If you know the Tiger & Jupiter1's OK, you'll pick this up easy.

I'll send you a few interesting documents now, comparing each machine.
