Just curious if anyone is using Katun toner AR310NT and getting an F2-02. We've used OEM all along, tried the Katun for a few months then everything seemed alright. We've now had 3 machines in the last 2 weeks give us this errror.
Thanks,

Thanks,
I've never tried the Katun toner on an Andromeda.
On Canon, on Ricoh, on Mita, the results were always disappointing. I wouldn't have done it.
Perhaps you'll have better luck with the Katun developer used with the Katun toner. Rumor has it that you'll get better results. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I haven't been thrilled with Katun toner on anything after the Cougars. BUT when you have the number of Andromeda's out with the volume that's run, I figured a savings of around $1500 - $2000 annually. Well see if it's worth it.
We used to use Katun toners a lot but anymore we stick with OEM. Mostly due to CQ issues and some F2 codes.
