    As a copier engineer and ex IT manager the responsibility for any compatibility definately lies with the IT Department.The machines were bought to run in one enviroment and they are now asking for them to run in a completely different one.

    Interesting. I was not there, but they said they tried using the VISTA driver and it kept saying wrong OS and quitting. Maybe they need to "ADD A PRINTER" and use the inf. I will suggest this.

    Hi,
    today I have tried to install an AR-C260 under Win7 64 and using Vista 64 Pcl5c drivers.
    You must do a manual installation with "add printer".
    It works fine!
