    AR-208D problems

hello guys recently i have been to customers with this model machine that says when they make copies they get parts of the copies missing, upon inspection of the drum i see some light film of toner on the drum after warm up, its not on the entire drum its just like a part off the drum that i see the toner, it seems to me that the drum is not being charged/discharged properly after warm up, i am not sure what to think could cause it at this point,i even got another drum and tried it but, after a couple 100+ of copies it seems to come back, could this be High voltage Pwb? hopfully someone has this experience or a possible solution, godblesshave a great day.

Check your process unit and make sure the mc is in good shape and in correctly. Check your grounds for the process unit. Check your settings in sim mode to see if in range of normal. Check your laser. How old is the developer? Do prints and copies have the same issue. Also, you could have a bad batch of drums. Sorry this is not much help, but it could be a lot of things.
Yes, I am here to fix your machine. No, your machine went out of warranty 18 years ago.

Did you get a few scans for us to look at? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
