CE-02 is a network communication error
in custom settings - network settings check that the IP address and subnet is correct
A small local network should have 255.255.255.0 as the subnet mask

But.... check if you have the network scan option installed (NSX1 kit) in 22-10.

i have a nscn ar something i noticed the printer has a website how do set the printer to make pdf files when scanning documents onto the hd?

when i scan documents or copy documents the printer prints them out perfectly, but when i try to download them to my computer i get a black screen am i using the wrong tiff viewer? is there a way to make the printer save scans and copies as pdfs? anyone know of a good tiff viewer / converter?

Are you saying that you have scans on the HDD that you wish to view on a PC?
If you have the correct hardware in the copier (AR-P19 & NSX1 kits) you can do proper network scanning. You still haven't confirmed what options you have installed yet. This info will help us help you.... get it.

well i can see the scans now and the copies, my new issue for the day is sending the files on the printer to another computer, i can get to the printer website but im getting an error when i try to send a file over, is there any port settings i need to free up?

Move or save them to your PC then send them wherever you like.
