Hello fellow techs
I have a weird one on my hands. If you print a document it looks fine, however when you go to make a copy of that print out the desity gives out/ isn't as crisp.
I will attach an image so you can see what I mean. I have callibrated the machine 3 times in the last 3 weeks and hasn't seemed to help a whole lot. Any help is greatly appreciated!!! thanks!!
With the Pastel2's & C-Jupiter2's, you need to change the exposure mode to anything other than auto. What you are seeing Dustin is a classic example of the default setting/output from these machines on auto exposure mode. No amount of calibration will fix this. You need to put it in Text or Text/Photo mode for this to copy alot better. I have the documentation here explaining this somewhere, which I'll track down. I have got several clients running text mode as their default as the output is alot better and they prefer that as their default setting.
Thanks for the information guys, I appreciate it! Wazza if you could track down the information and send it to me that would be awesome, I have never seen any information on the exposure setting. thanks!!
