Is your copier on a network ? If so, try to unplug network cable.

Had a couple of machine giving me weird problem like copier rebooting, hanging up, trouble code E7-xx.... and the problem was coming from the network( blowned up switch, garbage etc)

    hi,finally solved the problem.
after having tried everything, and have replaced the PS roller unit, hdd format and change, take away fn6, and so, i again insist on the opinion of wazza, and traded unit back for a third ps roller unit, and the problem was solved. wazza, you were right, thanks friend, and thanks to everyone who tried to help.

post here the solution for serving the other members too.
