having problem clearing the fax/scan log on ARM237/257/277/317
Hello everyone, 1st post and new to the forum, copier tech for 3 years and general tech for over 20. This is a great site and lots of excellent information here!
Did a search but cant find the solution...
I am doing recons of mostly 237s and 277s and one thing I havent figured out is how to clear the [completed] fax and scan logs that a customer can see if they hit "completed" faxes or scans. I have tried sims 66-10 fax memory clear and 67-17 nvram clear but the logs remain. Can someone tell me how to delete these?
Thanks in advance!

Just tried that, no results. the log still shows when you press "Job status" > "Complete" > "scans/ftp".

Have you tried accessing the web page and looking at/for the job log? On the newer series you can save/delete the job log from there. Not sure if you can do it on this model or not.
Good luck.
