    AR-M455 under toning

Problem: AR-M455 (actually, it's an imagistics model) that is undertoning. A couple months ago, (about 8,500 pages ago) I changed the DV for this very problem. It's a new client for us, and looking at the meters, the DV had not been changed on schedule, way past due. Changed DV, ran 25-2, and CQ was perfect when I left.
Today, same problem: extremely undertoned. The TD sensor reads 172 during 25-1, yet the toner density setting in 80-2 is 153. I can tone it up with 10-1 until 25-1 = 153 and I get almost perfect CQ (slightly off due to DV wear, I suppose).
    Any ideas?

Thanks for your input, but I don't see any firmware updates on sharp idnc for the AR-M455 or AR-M450 that address a CQ issue. However, thanks to you for having me double-check the Imagistics model - IM-4510 - which would be a M450 which means I installed the wrong DV. And it was making such beautiful copies too!
