    MX-M350U - Error [936]: Scanning feature is not enabled

    MX-M350U - Error [936]: Scanning feature is not enabled
    Photocopying from the ADF is ok and cables are ok.
    Customer used to scan to email before this error.
    Anyone seen this problem before?

    do you have installed the network scanning or have you used the trial scanning?

    As posted above, check Sim 26-10 and see if Trial scanning is enabled. You get like 1000 free scans or something.

    You may need the MX-NSX1 to get scanning to go.
