AR-M620 Printing disabled (Icons on the screen vanished)

Dear all

.. i Got AR-M620 Copier.. it was working very well with coputer printing (through network and USB) suddenly when i restarted the copier i found no connection throught network (NIC card) and when i went to check the IP's i found no buttoms on the screen where i used to check it. also no priniting within USB while the NIC card lamp (yellow lamp ) is flasing..

Did you do a list print to show the NIC settings? What did this show?

try to reseat nic card, if the ar-m620 is version "u" then you need to check the "product key "--> "printer expansion kit" got highlighted or not, if not that mean you need to reenter the 20 digits pass code

may be a bad conetion in the nic hardware, chek it.
