f2-02 in ar-m451n

Hi friends

I`getting some f2-02 in some ar-m451n and do noto reset with sm 14?
i must change the toner unit for reset them?

anyone have same idea about?

Yes, first thing i would try is to replace the toner cartridge.

ok, i already no that, but i do not found what are causing this.

See the problem, alwyas the copier gives f2-02, i must change the cartdridge because damage the chip toner, this means los o lot of money.

In the ar-m450/236 and so, when give f2-02, do not damage the chip toner, only perforn the s.m 14, whith the same cartdridge, and works good again.
