    "False" Misfeed Error

My Sharp AR M550N reported a misfeed. My employee removed the misfed papers (none ripping) Didn't resolve the issue. I went over and looked for any small pieces of paper with a flashlight couldn't see any. I restarted my printer hoping that might just reset it. One of the "arrow indicators" where the screen says the misfed papers are, moved but nothing else. I check and rechecked a dozen times. Then I went out and got a can of air and "sprayed down" copier hoping to blow away any small pieces of paper by the sensors, restarted the printer again and no luck. What do I do now? Just replaced the upper fuser roller this morning and had the drum replaced about a week ago. Pretty sure that last bit's not meritable information but what the heck.

First buy the manual, and read how to get the jam codes.

Once you have the list of jam codes we can give you more specific advice.

If the first part is too hard for you, call a technician. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have the manuals and jam codes. Called technician, followed their instructions (they said to get can of air and spray roller/sensors). Now they're closed their techs don't work around the clock.

Does your machine try to print and then give you the misfeed ? or does it show it right away ?

    Where's the arrow located ?

Shows up right away. Located left side cover at the bottom where paper comes from the tray to left side cover and at the top where is flips it around before going into the finisher unit.

Would you like to share the jam codes? Or should we just guess all of the possibilities? =^..^=

Yeah if you could do that it would be great!

Do you want me to list all 60+ of the jam codes listed in the manual? or just the ones that come up on the screen of my printer? OH! wait there is no jam code on the screen of my printer.
Mmm my bad. I guess I'm just to stupid to ask this question... My heads spinning at how little I know compared to your mind blowing skills.

Your jam codes would be in Sim 22-3.

I've already read the manual. I just wanted to see if you can.
Getting the jam codes is the easiest part. It's going to get more difficult from then on.

We can't diagnose a jamming problem without knowing which jams codes that you are getting.
    Relax. You're doing fine.

The guys here are quite good, but we're not psychic. We have no way of knowing what codes are present on your machine.

    Now, what jam codes? =^..^=
