hello again guys, i went to one of my clients this morning, i was told that the customer was getting an ERROR F2-02, upon checking i saw it was some type of toner abnormalty, i also saw a bullentin TT2008 that says the toner gear could possibly cause this error as well, when i got to the customer i saw alot off developer dumped out of the DV unit, and the copies was pretty much messed up, when i looked at the developer inside of the the dv unit, it looked "light grey" in color
this copier is about 3 mths old, i need to find out what i should do next, should i change High voltage pwb, new drum, developer etc? thanks in adavnce guys hope to hear from somone soon

You need to replace the dev for sure. ( reset counter, calibration)

Make sure your drum is not missing coating on both end, if so change it.

    Clean charge and surrounding.

Thats what i would do first and see if problem comes back.

If it pulled the developer out of the unit the main charger is most likely the colprit. it is just pulling the toner out of the developer the contacts for the right door is most likely the problem.

yep, it pulled most of the developer out of the unit, and the developer was really light grey in color, i will look at the main charge and see if maybe i can swap one out, thanks again really appreciate the feedback

Was there a resolution to this? Now I have one doing it. I am going to try the high voltage board. If anyone can think of anything else please respond.
