Is there a way to trick the machine to into printing com 10 envelopes out of any of the paper trays. We have a customer who does mail merges and prints hundreds at a time and does not want to keep loading the bypass tray.

No. As there is no setting for the paper trays for envelopes they are stuck with the bypass tray. Sorry
Find them a MXM350 or a ARP350 with the 2nd tray. Those things printed envelopes like a champ!
The 2nd tray could hold a ton of envelopes.
