    I wholeheartedly agree, I'm not sure if this other fellow is trolling or just a genuine jerk, but either way he should be going back to the bridge he crawled out from under if that's his attitude towards people who are trying to be nice to him and help him, despite his anti-social manner.

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    I have an opinion. I suggest putting a piece of tape on the screen to cover the words toner low. Won't look as pretty as removing the message but it will give the same results. You will still have a problem that the machine wants/needs more toner.


    Sorry, I just thought I would state the obvious encase you rode the short bus.

    It appears that there is no method for disabling the Toner Low message. It will always appear when the toner is detected at 12.5%. Unless there is some dip switches which no one, except Sharp, knows about. If this is a serious problem for the customer then you should request information from Sharp.

    There is my opinion based on the research and searches I have conducted.



    Can I get a super sized quadruple big mac with extra cheese and bacon on a sesame seed with bacon bit bun...
