Another question,
this machine gets paper jam really often, so i'm setting SIM 50 -2 to lower down the contact pressure resistance, am I on the right track? anyone has any suggestion?

I'd start with pickup/feed/separation rollers first. I have not ever had to adjust buckle on the Cougar series. If it helps at all it will just temporarily disguise some other jamming problem. What codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did you resolve the blank prints
This would be a great time for you to buy a manual.
Misfeeds (jam code TRAY1, PPD1_ST1, PPD2_NT1) from tray #1, no paper is found. Recent toner spill on AR-250, 335. (Tray #1 jam, upper vertical path jam, pre-registration jam). Toner is spilled on the tray #1 feed tires. Clean up the toner spill. Clean or replace the tray #1 PF tires (NROLR1219FCZZ, NROLR1218FCZZ, NROLR1229FCZZ).
