    Sharp MXM350 overtoning?

I have many years of expriance on Ricoh products,
I have done a full pm on this machine, as I have done on a bunch of these for a school system but this ONE has not given me around 60 to 80 when I do sim 25-2 ???
And of course I get BACKGROUNDING!
I have replaced the developer unit with the new toner sensor and it NOT has made any changes?
Any and all responses will be helpfull.

Try running the high voltage adjustments for the DV and charge. Simulation 8-1 for DV bias, 8-2 for grid, and 8-6 for transfer. You will need a volt meter and wire extensions, or a partner, or really really long arms.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

you must go into sim mode after redeveloping w front door open the first time you turn on machine or it will cycle and add toner to get mixture to previous toner density setting then run 25 02 press ca key after cycle to set in memory
