AR-M455 Jams at left side door out of LCT

    Hi guys,
We only have one of these in the field so my experience with it is limited. Went there this morning for jamming. What is happening is the machine jams every copy only when feeding from the LCT. The paper seems to feed out fine and starts up from behind the left side door. The paper is not hitting anything and the sensors are working fine. If I place a sheet of paper there or leave the jam it will not reset. Once removed it resets but jams as soon as it feeds another sheet. I have cleaned everything and again the paper is not hitting anything and there is no damage to the paper. The paper is feeding out of the left side directly into the machine. I have watched it feed with the door open and everything seems fine. I would say the paper is about 5 or 6 inches out from the tray starting up the left side.
    Thanks

Does it feed okay from the tray above the LCC?

Yes it feeds fine from the other trays. The code is TPFD1NTD
I also just noticed that it feeds ok from the right tandem stack but jams every time from the left side stack. I tried swapping feed rollers, etc. from the right side to left with no change.

I would check sensor TPFD1 in Sim 4-2 first. Then go after the drive unit for the tandem tray feed. The clutch for the left side feed is different from the right side feed.

Does anyone have the part number for the tandem drive unit, or the #3 feed clutch? I have the main part manual, but not the LCC.

    THANKS
