    Re: Transfer belt

Why do you think that it's a transfer problem? Have you emergency stopped the machine and examined the latent image on the transfer belt?

What is the interval on the pattern? It seems awfully short for a transfer belt. More likely, black primary charge, black transfer roller, or black developing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Re: Transfer belt

I don't know if u understud that i moved the unit from the machine where it first did the problem (2310) to 3111 and then to 2610 and the problem moved with the transfer unit. And is only on black, black pressure roller inside the unit is where the unit bends itself for removal of the belt.

Sharp uses those tiny white collars to hold the FTRs in place inside the belt. Remove the belt and inspect the black FTR roll. Also ensure the cam is working and the FTRs move properly. You can test the action of the FTRs in SIM 6, transfer load check. All on, all off, or black only.

I would also tend to agree with my colleagues, the sample indicate DV, charge or drum. These things are known for DV pull.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

    Re: Transfer belt

I got my part today, NBRG0945FCZZ and it fixed my problem.
Other 2 colors that are using the same colar are worn too but not as much so I replace those too.

I'm suprised I'm the only one having this problem.

    Have a nice weekend.
