Scan to email CE-03 not able to send out of email domain.

We have several different machines, different models having same issues with scan to email. Getting code ce-03. Not able to send email outside of domain.

Example: smtp setup for test@bie.com only email addresses copier can send to is @bie.com Not able to send to a @gmail.com

Weird thing is that we have 2 machines at one site. One is able to send to anybody and the other can only send within domain with the exact same smtp settings. We ran a cable from bad copier to good copier port to see if port was issues and it still not able to send out.

Any ideas would be a big help.

If in doubt and the machines are in the same office with same settings etc., perform a device clone from the working machine to the non working one. I've had that fix a handful of problems in the past.

I'll will try that for the one office that has 2 machines.

If you want to set it up as a receive connector on the exchange server it will send to outside email addresses other than their domain.
Im sure there are some instructions online for setting one up.
