Not sure if you fixed your issues but make sure the primary cleaning unit has no obstructions , or bound I have seen that cause what you're describing as well

We are seeing this too for the first time, my question is how does the machine know the 2nd transf?\er belt has the left over toner on it as opposed to normal operation there is no sensor looking at the 2nd trans belt.or is the primary belt sensors picking it up? I believe we are experiencing it from all trays. I did not think about slipping reg being the problem

its caused by the paper exit roller drive clutch on the mxlc11 - diagnosed by another engineer.

We have one that does this only from the bypass unit. We have replaced the bypass unit, right side door, and the pf drive unit plus the ps unit and it still does it from the bypass only what next??

If you are feeding paper from the lcc then replace the magnetic clutches in the lcc.
