MX4100-5001N cleaning transfer belt every 3-5 copies

mx5001n Looking for help on this one, message says cleaning transfer belt. It does it from all trays. I read another thread about slippage of registration roller, causing primary to transfer part image directly to 2ndary, how does the machine detect this.Is it possible the primary detection sensors are not working? problem seemed to go away for a few weeks after replacing the primary belt kit. but now is back, we appreciate any input!

Query "Cleaning Transfer Belt" every 2 or 3 prints/copies made
Advice The possible cause is that the paper is too smooth and slips when it is transferred. Ensure that shiny or super smooth paper is fed via the manual feed tray using appropriate settings.

    The mechanism of this problem:
    1. The paper is delivered to the resist roller after paper feed, but it slips a little at each transfer roller.
    2. The timing to transfer is delayed because the paper slips.
    3. Because the transferring timing is delayed, the paper stops at the resist roller.
    4. The toner on the transfer belt is not transferred because the paper is delayed, and the cleaning of the transfer belt starts.

The timing of the paper and transfer is reset after the cleaning operation of the transfer belt, so we consider there is no problem with the first page, but it deviates from the transfer timing after 2 - 3 transport, and the cleaning operation of the transfer belt starts.

I have this issue with MX2310U and problem was bad contact (not good position - twisted) pressure springs in secondary belt unit. Also we have jam code ppd1 and very often message "Cleaning transfer belt".
