    mx-2300 bad copy quality

    Hi friends
    g., morning, i need your help, because i have a mx-2300n that i canīt get a aceptable copy/print quality.

    li attach a file with a test, and i already performed a full complete copy adjust and no sucess, not solid colors

    P.S.i instaled a news drums and news charges to.

    What are your developer readings and how old is your primary transfer belt. I've had issues with the toner density values being way off but that is normally just 1 color. I would try a primary transfer belt as well if you have a used one handy.

    Thank you Bily, the primary belt is new, and the charge rollers to.
    dthe reading developers are arounde the 110 to 130.

    i m thinkyng that is the developers, but in portugal the colors developers value is around 400 euros, and the costumer do not want replace.

    Dingo, when you do color adjustment, do you go into the menu and perform from the admin screen? Or do you go into simulation and perform 44-27 etc.?

    dingo, this problem making me crazy too. Sharp pastel 1 and c-jupiter 1 got this problem.Too many "white spot" on color mode.Especially cyan and magenta. Changed the color DV just help for a while. But after apprx 10k pages (or less) has been made, problem again.
    I'm now using compatible toner that made in USA and solved this issue, so far so good at the moment.

    PS :sharp pastel2 and c-jupiter 2 much more better quality that it predecessor
