    451U change the toner cartridge message

    My cartridge is full of toner but my mahcine is dispalayed after the message your tone is low the change the toner cartridge message and i can not work with even touch panel
    please help me about troobleshooting
    is it possible that my chip of toner failed to work and must be replaced
    thanks a lot

    Make sure you have an original toner...Compatible toner such as katun i encountered thesame scenario most of the time. User can save a couple of bucks purchasing compatible toner but didn't anticipate that it will double incase the chip in the toner didn't detect by the machine.

    Please help me about solution:
    if i take out the incompatible toner without changing toner chip , and refilling with ACM Toner japan , is it possible that the problem will be solved .

    Not possible what you are suggesting,Still the chip will reset the toner indicator. its better to bring an original one. To calibrate developer simulation 25-2 Good luck...

    If you are just changing toner, there is no need to run 25-2 and should not be run. 25-2 is to set DV when first installed.
