The problem is when I turn on machine, the screen is blank...power light is on,,,but it doesnt appear sharp logo..

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I was looking for something like: 1) opened my manual, 2) metered dc voltages on the power supply, 3) etc...
... but you're probably right. =^..^=

Yesterday the machine was fine.....with jamming problems...
When I opened front door the machine turned off..I opened rear of machine the printer control board is working
I will check dc power suplpy....

This machine has more fuses than a fireworks factory!

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
Had the same problem,
check the RAM, in my case it was a 256MB RAM left upper side of MFP Board.
This is almost always a ram issue. When the power light is on but you have no screen 9 out of 10 times the ram is dead.
