    Sharp MX-M360N Error code f9-80

    Hello there guys. I was looking thru the web trying to find what the error code F9-80 means, but i could not find anything related, would be glad to get some help.

    Are you sure that the model of the machine is MX-M360N? I cannot find it in portal.
    I see an error code in other model MX-M260N and MX-M310N F9-80 Printer PWB communication trouble (Protocol)
    80 Content Printer PWB communication trouble
    (Protocol)
    Details Communication trouble between MCU and
    printer PWB (Protocol error)
    Cause Printer PWB connector disconnection.
    Harness trouble between the printer PWB and the MCU PWB. Motherboard connector pin breakage.Printer PWB ROM defect/Data failure.Check and remedy Check the connectors and the harness of the printer PWB and MCU PWB.
    Check the grounding of the copier.
    Check ROM on printer PWB.
