    MX-2615 SHARP.

I have fans on and green light at ops panel. Sharp service suggested replacing SD card boot along with Flash boot as well. This did not fix it. I'VE also tried starting up on firmware recovery mode but still no boot. Any help would be nice.

Did you replace the memory modules? Have had them cause this problem. Swap them around and see if there is any change if you don't have replacement ones.

    Good luck.

I currently have a 4141 with the same symptoms. I too have replace CF and SD cards at Sharps suggestion with no luck. Ordered the PCU board, but in typical Sharp fashion as of late, it is backordered.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

There is troubleshooting section in the service manual that tells how to troubleshoot dead machine by led lights on the MFP board.

These types of issues are generally caused by memory. There is a bulletin titled "How to troublshoot a dead machine." I suggest reading over that. Also, check the HDD.

Had MFP Control pcb board bad on Frontier series with same problem. May be your fix.
