ARC 260M POS or what/
I just picked up a customer that has an ARC 260 and it is due for a full PM.
All color drums, transfer belt, transfer roller and feed tires.
My cost alone would be about $1500.
Machine has 100k. Is it worth it???????????

These machines make good business quality copies (if it has the newest firmware). they tend to be parts hungry, and as you can tell, expensive to PM. If it were me, no, I wouldn't.
If you decide to anyway, I can provide a calibration procedure. You'll need it.

It's a P.O.S. Very expensive CPC and not very good quality copy. You can buy working machines of that model or better models for less than 1500.00.

Better keep a bunch of NGERH1530FCZ3 gears on hand these eat them up quickly. Sharp beefed up the bushings but they still crack and give you streaks front to rear frame. The toner developer cartridges are flakey as well and the drums love to get toner build up on them and cause little voids that you have to clean off. I don't know what Sharp was thinking, but I have not had any customers like this model.
