    AR-M451U sounds irregularly

AR-M451U sounds irregularly and my Waste_Powder_Gear inside the drum unit recently repalced and temporarily the above irregular sound was removed but after 20000 copies then again (after becoming full the waste container) this sound now is heared .
please help me about the possible causes of this problem
    thanks a lot
it is necessary to note that my Developer tank is become without toner from one of side of magnet roll (inside the machine) and those section yield pale print and copies.
Color printing with lowest cost per page is my love.

If your drum cleaning unit is seizing up again, you should check that the fuser fans and left door fans are functioning properly. When the machine is at idle the fans go to low speed (and low speed may be completely stopped, which will allow heat to build up in the engine at idle).

So, replace the fans, and the cleaning unit and drum again.

Are you sure that the pale copies are caused by a developing problem? It's quite common for a worn transfer gear to cause the transfer roller to pull away from the drum at the rear. Also the door might not be closed completely. There are plenty of other possible causes of light copies. Deal with that separately.

Better yet, it's about time to upgrade this old machine. I have a Mita DC-1255 available right now. Yes ... I know it 25 years old, but it still works great. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Your drum may be worn out and pulling extra toner causing the waste toner to fill up prematurely. When was the last complete maintenance performed?

    Re: AR-M451U sounds irregularly

Our benefactor has a few suggestions:

Just a tip with the arm451u post.
This issue is caused by 2 reasons...
    1. The PCU firmware is not version 2.00.00 or higher
    2. The drum & dev rotation counters in 24-11 are not reset at the same time the drum & dev are actually replaced and reset with their own 24-05 & 24-07.

The fast filling of the waste toner box inside the toner cartridge, and subsequently blocking up the drum waste toner auger (thus giving grinding noise & eventual gear breakage) is due to a slight background & excessive waste toner from an extremely high rotation count.
On the jupiter 1's it vital that the above 2 conditions are met, otherwise this problem keeps returning.

The gears that turn the waste toner auger sit on plastic pivots which are part of the main drum unit these can crack, just worth bearing in mind if new gears resolved the issue for a while
