    You should only run 25-2 with fresh developer. As to 25-1, when you run that SIM what is the value of the top number? It should be around 128. If it is below 73, you get that error. If it is above 215, you get that error. The lower the number, the more toner in the mix. The higher the number, it is lacking toner.
    The 25-1 value will tell you if the toner/dv mix is proper.

    these models are starting to arc at the high voltage connector behind the drum unit.
    I have replaced a few of them. part numbers pftap0149fczz and pcasz0312fczz .
    They have been modified from the original to help prevent it. Good luck.
    fun to change.
