    MXM-700 POD1_N

    Hi Guys

Hope someone can shed some light on this one.

Machine is jamming on double sided copying, second side is not entering fuser correctly and then bottom half of page follows around with secondary transfer belt and lodges in behind it. Jam Code is POD1_N.
    Have tried new
    • Secondary Belt
    • Fusing Unit
    • Left Hand Door
    • Drum Unit
    • Exit Section
    • Firmware
    • Registration Unit

Still happening, im a bit lost at this stage and hope someone can help

Could i still have a problem with presssure adjustment on the new fuser?

    Thanks

When you say exit unit, do you mean delivery/turnover? That's what I would have gone for.

Have you tried different media? Does the paper curl? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes exit section is delivery unit

Have also tried different paper, paper doesnt seem to curl, seems to "not enter the fuser" then bottom half follows around with secondary belt

    Thanks for input

    Re: MXM-700 POD1_N

    I thought that sounded familiar:

Misfeeds (jam code POD1_N) intermittently. Occurs 18 times in 200K copies. The misfed piece of paper is frequently missed because it is behind the transfer belt, and discovered much later. Paper is diverted around the wrong side of the registration guide, and forced behind the transfer assembly. Mounting flange for the registration guide is too wide blocking vertical path. Grind down the mounting flange for the pre-registration guide until it is flush with the guide.

It's been a little while since I recorded this, but I have a recollection of finding rough spots on the registration guide, where the support brackets mount. =^..^=

Did you check/replace Transfer (TCCL) bias high voltage PWB?

    Could this be my problem?

When my paper jams it has received the image of the drum?

    Thanks for help,

I would start with the fuser drive unit. Have had multiple motors fail causing same issue.
    Good luck.

I had the exact same thing on a MX-M753 with 800K images. Replacing the fuser drive unit took care of the problem..
