    MX-M450N constantly rebooting

I have an MX-M450N that is constantly rebooting, but only when plugged into customers network.

Unplugged from network and plugged directly to my laptop, the machine does not reboot.

I have flashed firmware and I tried a new MFP PWB, new main flash rom and boot rom. I did not try to plug into a new port at the clients, ran out of time.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a bad print job, confuses the machine and causes a reboot, I think there was a thread on here about a similar issue.

    Also conflicting IP?

Here- MX m550 n Powers off and on

Thanks for the help, you were both correct. A bad print job. I also checked for an IP conflict, which checked out fine.

There is a website zillow.com that real estate people are printing from that has been consistently causing the same problem for us. Just a heads up for future reference.

Tell your customers to save the file they're trying to print locally first, instead of just printing from the web browser. The local print files will work a whole lot better...

Had same problem, clear all print jobs in que at work stations and this is what fixed mine. Must have had corrupt file or web page.

Power over Ethernet not wired correctly made one of my MXM350's do the same thing.
