And what is the problem? It would help if you marked where the faults are and what direction the paper travelled.
I'm going to make a WAG that there isn't any cyan on that page. Maybe you should look into that? =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Copy quality is very late copy or print or not mixing proper color. Ones i take print out different color coming.
Print out a sim 64-5 test pattern and scan that for us. Might help us a little more than the attached scan. Just use the default setting and you will get a color and monochrome test print.

Try to test single color CYM to know what color is having a problem. It is not mixing properly that's' why the copies or print didn't' match the original...Originally Posted by abbas
