faxman28 is right again; I mistook the model number also, please disregard all my previous posts - I don't know shite.

Sharp is getting to close / confusing with model numbers again , I keep getting the m354 and m364 mixed up. Off to have some winter lager at the local Ale House.

If your 25-1 and 2 are good then have you checked your side door transfer/sep unit?

is 110 after new dev and 25-2 or when copies get light. 110 value should have more toner in dev unit from default 128 value. the toner value below 128(or reference value from 25-2) has more toner and the value above 128 (or reference value) has less toner in dev unit.

Did you replace the Developer? if yes, after the calibration you said the value is 110 it is in range it must copy well after the DV replacement...Did the undertone comes after a couple of hundred or thousands of copies? if yes try to check the toner itself maybe it is not dropping a toner properly thou the clutch is rotating or try to test also a good DV unit...

    Re: MX-M354N Undertoning

I should have completed this thread a long time ago. The problem turned out to be the toner clutch.

NOW, I have another one with the same issue - undertoning. I'll change the developer and it will run just fine for 3 to 6 weeks. Then out of the blue, undertone.

I have tried a new toner clutch. I'm thinking a new drum/charger unit and a toner sensor?

    It's throwing a F2-40 code as well.

I've had a couple throwing me that F2-40 code. It was worn out rear mag bearing...(replaced under waranty).
