    You will need to hire a qualified engineer, firmwares are not for end-users. What do you need it for?

    I'm a service technician. We sold Sharp up until a couple years ago but I lost my access to my sharpnet account when we switched brands. We still have a few Sharps out there and one of them, an MX-3100N, needs hdd replaced and updated firmware.
