MS Word rotate 180° prints from bypass tray

    Hi guys

When I print from MS word and select bypass tray, in some cases, page is 180° rotated? I need to use because of already printed letterhead.
It happens occasionally. With different machines. MX-2614 or MX264 / MX314
As supposed to be a MS Word bug or glitch is there a way to "lock" orientation in printing driver.
Acrobat reader and Generic PDF is not affected.

    Thank you for your help.

Any paper tray set to type Letterhead on a Sharp should be loaded face down. The letterhead runs through the duplex first and then come around to get the image applied before exit.

Thank you mojo for your help, I will check this.
But Just a question, Why use this paper path when Letterhead is checked?

So the take up and feed rollers won't leave marks on the front of the paper.

Most letterhead is thicker than regular paper.

Reason for this paper path is to avoid the pick up roller from picking up ink from pre printed letterhead and redepositing on subsequent sheets.

Had a Panasonic B/W a few years back do that; the black and white machine was smearing yellow and blue!!!
It was the pre-printed soy inks on the letterhead.
