We have an MXB402SC that wrinkle copies on legal size (single side). The paper was changed, fuser rebuilt and eventualy changed with a new one. Our next step is to replace the transfer rollers.
Any other suggestion out there ?

what about changing motor speeds ( fuser , registration )
Just a thought.

System Settings > Device Control > Fuser Control Settings : change to the 23-28lbs setting.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
Thanks for boths suggestion. I'll post an update after trying them
To Sharptech:
Thanks for the suggestion of motor speed. So far it seem to have fixed it. I had to bring the value of Sim 48-6 (C=FSM) from 60 to 80 to find a good compromise because higher value did affect the last inch of trail edge
