MX-7001N
I have new customer, he just called me and said they getting error code 85.01, I never worked on this type machine and I have no idea what this code is about, I also need to know to how get in service mode.

I would check with the customer that does not sound like a good sharp code.

Maybe they mean H5-01. If so then they had 5 jams in a row in the fuser. Check the fuser pawls.

I thought that shouldn't be a right error code, I am working mostly on Kyocera, Copystar and Lexmark that is why I am not familiar whit these codes, how should i get in service mode.

I inspected copier today you were right, Service call code was H5-01, and fuser idler gear was bad, i would like to replace all fuser gears machine already having almost 900000 on it.
How could i found part numbers for all fuser gears.
