Kayleigh Job accounting software installation problem

Hello Guys

my customer wants to use a job accounting software. and i tried to make a demo with kayleigh.
İ installed it to pc exactly as it says in installation guide and yes its working fine. and i activated sim 26-74 osa trial mode on mx-2614n.
from web interface enabled and added the external accounting application settings.
but it didnt work says that "Could not access the accounting server. Contact your administrator". İ also uninstalled the kaspersky anti virus program.
and added the all to firewall. But nothing changed.
İs there anything more to do?? is there anybody can help me?
