iR5570 image density uneven

hi all experts,

Refer to the below image, top half always print out blur and bottom half look ok but not solid enough.

i did the below servicing but remain the same print out:
1, turning the Cylinder at DV tank which seem ok with toner stick on the magnetic roller very even.
2, drum servicing
3, adjust Density [2]
4, adjust Developer from [180] -> [140]
5, adjust HV-te [+26] and D-Hv-te [+6]
6, on potential control *even worst* (whole page blur)

could it be the drum has weaken?

which toner is used

Don't skip transfer corona wires.Also check other coronas.
OEM toner?
Did you make drum polish with powder?

i have replace the primary charging, initially i suspect corona wire causing this issue but it remain same

all the while i using OEM toner but this issue just happen these days.

How many pages the drum has printed it? Most likely it is more 3000000

are you refer to the glass where laser unit will beam of light?

Zoraldinho, it is neccessary to polish drum with powder because nowaday servicing drum seldom use powder.

Please check laser assy, and check polygon mirror whether clean or not. dirty polygon mirror can cause uneven density.
