I have a customer that's missing the email output button in Sharpdesk. I've been doing this a long time and I've never seen this problem.
We have installed 3.2 and 3.3 and neither had it. Does she need to specify a default email program within Windows?
I don't know what else to try.
Anyone have any ideas?
